property manager response to poor nd not corporate with indian customer they are to much rude for money

We had a 2 nights stay here. The property is located near Patong Beach. However, it is not worth the Premium Paid. We booked a room with Balcony however they provided us with a room without Balcony. The rooms was far from the lobby and we needed to wait quite a bit for the BUGGY to come. On the 2nd day the room was supposed to be cleaned completely and replaced with new stuff however the hotel left all the used and waste stuff in a cover beside the BED, totally not professional !! The coffee table was not refilled on the 2nd day and they didn't provide with something as basic as a coffee stirrer also. The Indian breakfast on day 1 just had couple of items only and on day 2 had 4 to 5 stuff however the taste wasn't great at all. The Bed in the room was very very uncomfortable too. To sum things up, i would say there are much better hotels on Patong Beach at cheaper price and also much much accessible to all the Indian restaurants and other things one would want in Phuket. This property disappointed us a lot apart from only the Early Check they gave us!!

Its an excellent hotel, however the major issue is with the attitude of the staff. Some of them are just too casual. Also, the bathrooms are very small. The person at the activity desk also is least bothered to answer to your questions

Good rooms, pool and breakfast. Service was slow, and poor for a hotel of that size and scale.

We stayed at ocean front king balcony room.The room is good but need to improve more to match the rent also waiters behavior at breakfast need to be more better the waiters don’t even to serve water if you ask them also the food quality at breakfast is not up to the mark they just have a beautiful property but need to work on customer service as well

We had a great stay at the Amari phuket. The staff were very polite. The food was good and had a wide variety of cuisine available. The location was ideal and was walkable from the Patong beach area. We enjoyed our stay at Amari phuket.

Place was lovely. Rooms were beautiful.. staff was lovely especially a lady named care helped us.. although we had to pay extra money for room extension on the check out day. But it was worth it.. breakfast was very good. And location also very close to patong beach

Had a memorable stay at the Amari Phuket. The property has a private beach and located near the Patomg beach. Service was excellent. Good breakfast and plenty of options as well. The only few things I didn't like about the Resort was that the restaurants in Amari don't serve regular water for free and the prices of packaged drinking water is more than that of the soft drink.

We stayed in the club rooms, they were good. Loved the infinity pool. Decent breakfast. Loved the view from our rooms, buggy rides are necessary for the access in the resort

it was a good resort but access to the main Patong road is a little hard. I would recommend for someone who wants to chill in one place

Great property, ocean view rooms have a great view. Thai good is average but the Italian restaurant is quite good

Amari is a huge, well maintained property located in the Patong area. It a 10 minute walk to the Patong main area. The staff is always smiling, so helpful. The property has multiple pools, a couple of good restaurants and small beach areas. The rooms were well equipped, good air conditioner. The balconies were spacious and the view was beautiful. I loved my stay there.

Terrible booking experience, they downgraded us - imagine. This was a first time experience that 5 star can downgrade us.
