I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room — spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the breakfast offered a great variety with fresh and delicious options. The location was also perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere created by the team. It felt more like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Good property with helpful good staff and near to center and Indian food availble easily near by..even the restaurant also serves Indian food

Folks ,please don’t go by the pics which are available There’re are huge difference in reality of the hotel , we have booked two rooms for 3 nights at pattaya from 11th April to 14 th April , but we checked in on 12 th April morning . Firstly they have asked to deposit as a security. and alloted two very poor rooms for us .and then we asked them to allocate some other room . And they have asked 1200 THB to change the room .and we didn’t get any receipt against it .Staffs are very rude and agressive

The service is not good and the rooms are not the same as mentioned and also washrooms are not good at all and not spacious it's very tiny room.

Disappointing Stay at Cozy Resort - Avoid if Possible I recently stayed at Cozy Resort for two nights and unfortunately, it was a deeply underwhelming experience. Location Issues: The hotel is situated in a residential area with absolutely no access to public transportation. This isolation proved to be a major inconvenience. Finding the hotel itself was a challenge, and relying on Google Maps was essential for navigating back, making it a risky proposition if your phone battery died. Room Deficiencies: While the rooms were decent, the constant whirring of the fan was incredibly disruptive and could not be fixed despite contacting hotel staff. Basic amenities were lacking: no tea/coffee making facilities, no face towels, and surprisingly, no television in the room. I had booked a higher category room but was given a lower one instead. Poor Service: The reception desk was consistently unresponsive. Phone calls went unanswered, forcing guests to physically visit the reception for every inquiry. Even basic requests like purchasing drinking water required a trip to the reception. Room dining was non-existent, and the staff appeared to have limited knowledge about the hotel and surrounding area. Overall: My stay at Cozy Resort was deeply disappointing. The inconvenient location, lack of basic amenities, and poor service made it a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel and will certainly not be returning.

Good hotel, friendly staff and service

Hotel staff was very rude they asked 500 for early check in and they upgraded us to a different room and charged 500 again. They ask money for any mishap. Not so comfortable rooms.

Bathrooms are very small and bad, can't even fit my legs in the bathroom. Location is very shady and many rules less service

Toilet faucet, deemed light and a/c were having issuees, food quality does not match with the cost.

Location was not good. Only reception madam is available at night to handle all situations. 3 out of 5

All is good and i have visited good service like room, cleaning, restaurant, food and swimming pool.

- not an ideal location - unclean room - smells dirty inside the room - food was terrible - few unfriendly staffs - far from walking street or pattaya night market very very unprofessional and utter waste of money spent on this property

Room not good and 0% service bed hotel and long distance from pattaya beach breakfast not good.

Average stay! because of below reason:1. Locality is very bad and no good view from hotel. Near by places are local residential, will not find much people on road even at 7pm. Dogs will start barking if you walk on road even at 7-8pm. 2. They are taking 1000 baht as security deposit and you will find so many rules, if you break they will charge and because of this you will feel so much bounded that they might charge for that bla bla. Which is not good. 3. Young lady in reception and jorge was very humble but next day morning when i was checking out one fat lady was there, she was very rude and full busy on mobile. 4. Indian food quality inside the hotel was good but price was higher than usual. You will not find any indian food near by other than hotel itself. 5. Other than jorge, staff knows very less english. Jorge was very helpful. 6. Free shuttle service is just hoax, when i asked they told that it will be available at afternoon. 7. You will feel that you are staying in any town/village in pattaya not in main city. 8. They returned my security deposit without any check, that was good thing. 9. Room was neat and clean and beautiful. 10. Some other amenity they were claiming for free but never explained.
