The property has a good location but the food options for breakfast were limited and the place was not properly maintained . Also the housekeeping staff was not prompt , I could had my intercom repaired in the 3 day visit .

AC not working even after 3 hours Old Infrastructure and staff entering room without keys too. the experience is pathetic

It was horrible to stay there waiter bang in ur room at night with any consent poor service of everything cudnt deliever water in 12 hours not a good property to stay

Poorly maintained resort. Uncoordinated .. dirty pool, clogged drains .. But the beach is very accessible and we enjoyed our time there.

I would like to give only 1 stat to this property only for its location rest all is soo bad. They will say no to everything water is not available, towel is not available, laundry bag not available, if you will ask anything which is complimentary they will say no, breakfast was also average

Location was awesome, beach front, friendly staff. Veg food options in beast not that much but ok. Old resort

Location was the best part in the stay, moreover the number of complimentary amenities you get is great.

I took a Grand room . The AC was not coping properly and we were literally sweating all night . The buggy services were available only till 10pm which I thought was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast spread was also bang average with very little options . Also I felt they are extremely understaffed .

Not at all, inviting no facilities, poor management, bad pathetic place to stay... totally failed, even provide basic facilities as the charge a lot

Great villa feels like a six star hotel make sure you take a villa it has a large pool and big bathroom

The property is in a good location. However could be maintained in a better way. The number of shuttles are low than the requirement hence there is always a wait. We stayed in the villa. the electrical points & switches were very confusing & not convenient. Food was good. Views are nice.

Shuttle service inside the resort is very bad and there are lots of insects in and outside the room. call housekeeping or reception, Nobody picks up. There was a Lizard roaming in my room And also bugs are roaming at main door and they bite me too.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Krabi Resorts. The room was not well-maintained at all — it had a strong unpleasant smell, and there were too many mosquitoes inside, making it extremely uncomfortable. This is not what I expected from a resort. Cleanliness and basic comfort should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I do not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
