1 this hotel has no lift all the hotel have staircase with baby .. the give our room top up 2nd floor hotel staff behaviour so bad 👎 they don't manners..they need proper training how to give service or how talk with guest they didn't give any service if you need anything come down and collect it by yourself.. my baby was sleeping in the morning they want me woke up my Daughter for breakfast they didn't allow some bread for my baby .. they give service only for money breakfast has limited option..unhygienic mosquitoes in the food worst thing we paid huge amount for this 3 start hotel ...

The good thing abt chaba is location and view. Being indian i faced problem with food choices at the hotel but then it is everywhere in thailand. The staff was good. The services were good. There are daily 3 shuttle to the central market and its not far. So overall a good place to stay. Indian people may like to carry some snacks suiting their palate. If u are a non veg u can try the fried fish preps. For vegetarians be prepared for very very very limited choices. Chaba was nice.

Great Location, service & facilities

Excellent service from time you check in. From responding to simple requests of printouts to promptness in attending to your needs this place takes the crown. The rooms are better than displayed in the pics. Breakfast and other meals are superb. Great value for money.

Rooms are good. But service was very poor. We wanted some bowl and plates but they didn't provide. Overall location was pretty good. Main market is nearby. Its beach resort and having direct access to beach.

Typically you compromise when you pay half of an average five star hotel daily rate on an exotic destination but here it was a four star resort with terrific location and all expectations from a holiday resort with great pricing thanks to MMT..

Lovly staff n well trained staff...One word nice n lovely. Much beyond expectation..room Well decorated n comfortable stay...location peaceful no nearby 5 min by car to tourist place. Beautiful beach and neat and tidy swimming pool..love to stay again.

Location is awesome with great view from restaurant and pool. Services are all readily available and hotel staff was very friendly. Spa services were excellent and relaxing. We could book tours and transports all through hotel services.

Clearly the best hotel in koh samui. Great location. Peaceful clean beach. Nice rooms. Staff can be more polite. Reception at the hotel does not inspire any confidence. Its only when u settle down in the room that you feel good. Very closely located to the main street.
