The location was accessible but the hotel did not helped us with early check in request. Amenities were average too

The only good thing is the hotel is centrally located, the rooms are dirty and dilapidated including the bathroom, i would not recommend this hotel even if you’re just okay to book a hotel to sleep.

Not a great hotel, it's old building and a lot of insects inside room. I don't have any pics

The service was horrible. They entrance lobby was very grand and nice, but once u get on the floors. It’s not maintained. And the carpets was smelling a lot to the point where we started getting headache’s. The rooms were very old and i got some bed bugs. It was a terrible stay apart from the near shopping mall sites. I won’t recommend it again and will never stay at this hotel again. Not worth the amount. And the breakfast was horrible. If u reach at 9 and the foods are almost over, and they closes by 10 btw. U won’t get anything. They won’t serve u again even if u ask. That’s the worst breakfast service i’ve ever came across in my life.

The room and hotel were awful. The washroom toilet seat was not working. Inspite of asking them to change the room of get the seat fixed, nothing was done from their side. Also, the hotel maintenance was really bad. I almost fell sick in 2 days that i wad there. No

It was a good experience, as it was my first trip to an unknown place outside India and I was looked after nicely. Good staff and very well connected to all transport and near by market place and mall, best location for a relaxed holiday with your family.

I don't remember but I regularly travel to Bangkok and since 12 years I'm staying in the same hotel because I liked the service, breakfast and the most important thing the location of the hotel.

Since we were happy with our first day of stay, we decided to extend it by 2 more nights. Was a good decision in hindsight.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good rooms, though a bit old. Well maintained. Good for families.

Hotel location was excellent, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Won't mind staying again with family. Many Indian restaurants nearby made it easy for our food. Erawan temple, platinum mall and the central world at walking distance. Overall good experience.

The location was great. Platinum mall was walking distance. Plenty of malls and eating options all around. The service and the staff were par excellence. The food at the cafe was great too as was the breakfast spread. The only downside was the rooms. They are a bit archaic. The wall to wall carpeting smells musty, the furniture is a bit creaky, the light switches stick occasionally and the bathroom can definitely get an uplift. Especially the tap fittings! But the bed was comfortable and since we were out a lot it didn't bother us that much. Overall a good place which would be the best if they upgraded the room decor a bit!

There rooms are smelling. Ac is not working properly. They should change the interiors of rooms also.

We stayed in 17th floor. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom is clean but shower facilities are outdated. Swimming pool is on 4th floor. Breakfast is acceptable.
