I'm disappointed for a 5-star hotel service.

To starer of the room wash creepy and the furniture was old. It did not feel like a 5-star hotel at all, and the service was very poor from the reception to the room service. My kids found bugs in the room and had to change our room in the middle of the night. This was very scary. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Not a 5 star hotel foe the price i paid.

It was terrible experience this time, hotel was 70% available but the service was worst. Rooms were not clean and they have provided me room on-the back side of the hotel which was pathetic view. We don't expect such things from such a big brand.

Very near to the women's gate and walkable for men too. So perfect for the whole family. Kids loved it. No issues at all. Yes, parking is a bit expensive as it is 5 riyals/hour. Other than that, very neat and spacious room, cleanliness is awesome.

I had an incredible stay at an-war al madinah movenpick! the luxurious accommodations, top-notch service, and proximity to the holy sites made my pilgrimage truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting medina.

While my stay, my mother was engaged in an accident on the hotel elevator. I opted not to blame the hotel authorities and the same was reported in police statement, how-eve there should be some kind of insurance coverage from hotel side. Also there is a moral and ethical responsibility from the hotel side. On the contrary, hotel has escaped from its responsibility as soon as ambulance left the premises for hospital emergency. I suffered a lot but despite of few calls to hotel management, no help was received or offered. So called gesture, and after my disappointment, hotel management offered me 25% discount for next day room, since i was in the hospital with the patient whole day / night and was not able to come back hotel room for checkout. Disgusting!
