    Very worst hotel to stay in Makkah.

    It has been my worst experience in my whole life of travelled, staffs are not trained to handle international travellers.. Have requested mobile adapter since 5 am with continue following and despite calling several times they have told me than will send you now.. but the saddest thing is matter was not been informed to house keeping department.. I had my check out by 12 pm and unfortunately house keeping passing the way gave me the adapter after requested.. lack of communication will really make your stay worst..

    The rooms are spacious, soundproof and hygenic. Beds are very comfortable. Only thing that can be an issue for some is dim lights. Otherwise best 5-star experience

    Thank you very good service, I am very happy. The location is not far from the Grand Mosque, the housekeeping is very good and friendly. Thank you 🤩. One thing that must be improved is that the WIFI must be strengthened again.

    This property is around 30 mins walk away from the Haram. The property is clean with almost all amenities. The only issue was the bus service. Since it was ramadan the bus service wasn't very prompt. The other issue is the continuous call from the reception for checkout. They will start calling u for checkout from 10. 00 a. M

    I’ve been to this hotel 2nd time in the past 1 year. It’s a new building, so gives you a good feel. The hotel has 24hrs shuttle bus service from hotel to ha-ram which is the best thing. However, the floor tiles in the room are ruined and could hurt someone’s feet. Breakfast was okay, could be improved. Cannot term it a 5 star though. Overall a good stay.

    Best hotel to stay in makkah with good room service and staffs. Shuttle bus is dropping us in clock tower bus stand just 5 to 6 min walk to ha-ram sharif. Every 10 to 15 min one bus operating.

    Space very short they make 2 bed space in to 3 bed its very congested. Washroom not good washroom water comes outside in bed areas. Only housekeeping service was good other services are bad remark.

    Hotel is neat and clean, good staff, free buses are very frequently available to commute to Haram. Not much food options for vegetarian people. But excellent stay a d very satisfied at this price

    Pathetic and expensive breakfast. Room service didn't clean the room for days didn't provide water also Poor service from the staff and nobody responds even of u keep calling them.
