But I am very disappointed, While I was sitting in the lobby after walking on the beach I requested a glass of water, at the reception, and the boy who was serving the guests, no mind

Food, location and faciliturs were nice. Their was no spa or gym facility available in the property. Also the whispers night club was very sad with no crowd on a wrekend.

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure i had everything i needed. The location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a positive experience, and i would recommend it to others.

The stay was really good but the hotel policy wasn’t mentioned properly. It says that it is pet friendly but the hotel charged me extra. But the room and service were really worth it.

Location bd breakfast was good

We stayed at hilton salalah for 4 nights. Rooms, cleanliness, staff support, location, breakfast. Very good. Staff always ready and motivated to accommodate special requests. Very peaceful location and still near city center. Cons. Kids play area under maintenance. No special kids activities like dance, music, games. Beach area need to be more alive.

Food was average not as per the brand hilt-on both buffet and in room service, we have ordered from outside for our stay, staff were not accommodating we waited for our checkin for 7 hours we came at 8:30 amd got our room by 3pm, in room you have to call for every basic thing tooth brush, slippers etc it was not available. And worst was mosquitos, if they new that this is the time for mosquitos they should make visito aware, put fans provide mosquito repellent they have done nothing. I had severe mosquito bite and now at doctor place. Salalah was good but hotel exprience was not

It's not Worth the time you spend travelling. It's a very old property and needs immediate infrastructure upgrade. Room service is too bad!

I was on a business trip we stayed 4 nights. It is on the outskirts of City property is good with Sea on the backside staff is friendly. Nice place to stay in Salalah. Food quality is also good.

We had a business trip to Salalah and it was our first visit to Salalah. We chose Hilton for our stay because of our good experience with Hilton Mumbai. We were not let down by Hilton Salalah who gave us a good room with view of the sea. We also enjoyed the pool side experience and swim and also the party arranged at the beach by the hotel administration. The hotel is highly recommended by us for international travellers.

It was a pleasant stay at The Hilton, Salalah for 2 days. The location is apt for both holiday and official purpose as it is located in proximity to Salalah city. Availability of different cuisine made the stay more comfortable. The sea view rooms are ideal with balconies opening to the sea side. On the whole it was a stay worth the offer from Makemytrip. Looking forward for the next visit to this property!
