the hotel family room was excellent spacious and had 3 beds with enough space to keep our bags and luggage. the bad part no service whatsoever. from checkin to checkout you need to manage your own bags and luggage. if you are a vegetarian...all the best..other than bread and butter there is NOTHING you can eat. we requested for some veg stir fry and to our surprise the hotel refused saying they cant cook anymore dishes even for subsequent days. the staff is not courteas or friendly...there are few Indian restaurants at walking distance that's the only plus point..else please go with dome other hotel frankly. we have visited other south east Asian countries like Singapore Hong Kong Thailand Malaysia...thus was the first unfriendly ...and veg unfriendly experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The location is excellent, conveniently situated between Iidabashi and Suidobashi stations, both just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially considering Tokyo’s usual hotel sizes. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, creating a very relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were polite, efficient, and happy to help with any questions or directions. Another big plus is the convenience — there’s a NewDays Convenience store (closes at 9pm) right inside the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, or quick breakfast items. Just across the street, there’s also a FamilyMart (open 24 hrs), so you are never short of options for essentials or late-night bites. The hotel has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and its proximity to Tokyo Dome City and plenty of dining options makes it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, an excellent stay with great value, comfort, and convenience lol

It’s a very charming old hotel. It was clean . Location is bang on. Hotel staff are helpful . Breakfast spread for vegetarians is not great .. chicken options are fewer too. There are not many amenities in the hotel. Very basic small laundry rooms which are okay. For tourists , the location is not very lively and is family friendly

Good big room and spacious. Staff is very courteous, great location and neatness of room. Facilities like washing and eating outlets near the property is good saviour and also convenience store near by is very good. This is a Greta place for long stay as near metro and highway and so would recommend to stay. Lot of restaurants also near by

Very good hotel at walkable distance from JR Iidabashi station. Good Indian restaurant and various foods joints near by. Convenience stores just 2 mins away from hotel. Will definitely visit again.
