The property maintenance is terrible. The floors were extremely slippery after cleaning. Even after repeatedly asking them to wipe the floors properly, they did a terrible job. Highly wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone. There are a lot of decent accommodation around this place

There was no proper assistance available in the property. No dinner options available. Rest things were good.

Horrible family villas, no cleanliness, stinking smell, very outdated fittings and not working properly, overall i will never recommend. Only thing they are good at it is, saying they work only 7am to 10am second thing they only smile which is of no use

Good resort, room service is very quick to help reception staff is bit slow. No landline so have to ping or call on whatsapp. Location and resort ambience is very good. Few problems they don't have anyone to provide bikes which are must in ubud. Many insects coming in night as it's middle of forest, specially in case of valley view rooms. Restaurant is below ok only samosa is good. Breakfast seems to be only option in which there are veg options if you like wild forestry experience and don't have problem with insects ants and frogs jumping on you then good. Infinity pool is cool view but having insects

Just a rundown hotel in a great locality. This is an overly priced hotel for what they have to offer. The hotel is in a great locality. That's the only pro and it ends at the doorstep. The property is very very old and dingy. The rooms are quite small and unkept. The curtains are all torn and/or burnt. The tv doesn't work. We switched rooms because there wasn't hot water. The new room has many big lizards in it. There was something falling from the roof. The other rooms in the property aren't any different for sure. We paid inr for this for 3 nights and it was just not worth the money. The restaurant inside is also offering a very dismal menu. It's a resort, but no spa. It's a resort but no bikes to rent.

Probably one of the best resort in ubudwith reasonable pricing. Location is good. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Overall a good experience

Big property, clean rooms, nice pools. Buffet area is for show only. They only give you fixed menus to choose from with very small quantity.

Place surrounded by plants. Full of greenery. Good atmosphere and a nice dining area. The rooms were nice but not so excellent.

I stayed there for 2 days. Really like the resort specially the valley room view. It was great. They have 3 very nice pools. Staff is helpful and available round the clock for any help.

Hotel is situated quite near to Ubud market and provides a great stay.

Very nice, scenic place, isolated from city, clean and well maintained, service was good and welcoming, they can add more options for breakfast.

This place is on the main road, and there are a few cafes and spa nearby. The hotel provides free shuttle to Ubud Market Area (at designated times only), which is quite good. Rooms were decent and had basic facilities available. The views from the valley room is fantastic - you stay near to the nature. Staff is very polite and customer friendly.
