I chose this hotel mainly because of its close proximity to the airport. While the hotel is quite large, it is poorly maintained. The room had a very unpleasant smell, which made our stay uncomfortable. At check-in, the receptionist refused to provide any assistance with carrying our luggage, which was quite disappointing. We had booked a twin bed room well in advance—about a month ago—but the receptionist initially tried to give us two separate rooms instead. Only after we insisted and explained our booking details did they provide the correct room. Although the hotel is spacious, it appears outdated and in need of renovation. Additionally, the surrounding area is not well-kept and doesn’t leave a good impression.

I stayed here in this hotel for 4 nights. Hotel was so good, with greenery and so nice swimming pool. Behaviour of all hotel staff was so great and all were helpful to every single guest and breakfast was so nice and delicious and I am a pure vegetarian. So here vegetarian dishes were available and they are having experienced chefs. All over, stay was so great in this hotel. Especially 'Ayu' was so helpful.
