Rude staff Rude staff not friendly rooms are very very small , enquired to add for breakfast but it was very expensive almost equal to room price , only thing I liked about this hotel is location easy to go everywhere

Our family had a **wonderful stay** at The Royal Garden Hotel! The **Deluxe Family Rooms** were spacious, impeccably clean, and perfect for our kids. The hotel’s **attention to detail** and service truly made it a **5-star experience**. **Location was ideal**—just minutes from the **MTR (Tsim Sha Tsui East Station)** and close to great **Indian restaurants** (like New Punjab Club and The Curry House) for home-style meals. The rooftop pool were big hits with our little ones! A **top-notch choice** for families visiting Hong Kong—we’ll definitely return!

Had a very pleasant stay at royal garden. The service is very prompt. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the hotel is a 11 min walk from tsim tsa shui station, which was a long walk to take daily.

Let's start with check-in check-out timing. I had to wait 1 hour to check in because of the queue at the reception until 4pm. But check out time is 11 am. No water is provided to drink. I was shocked to hear this. I had to buy water from 7/11. Location is okay but there is no view from lower floors

Royal garden is beautifully nested in the heart of tsim sha tsui east. The hotel is spic and span and ideal for families and business. The rooftop pool and spa is super relaxing and top class. Will return to royal garden.

I stayed at Royal Garden Hongkong for 5 nights, very comfortable stay excellent location helpful staff clean and spacious rooms I recommend this hotel as v safe and the pool area is beautiful restaurants have lot of good food choices too.

the stay was very comfortable and the hotel facilities are very nice love the pool at terrace specially 👍🏻. the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff is very generous ,well maintained overall. would love to stay again next time in such property ,best location and easy to commute
