One of the best hotel i have stayed as the staff is very humble and polite and the manager miss. Vicky she is so sweet to treat us the best the hotel ambience is good as we are vegetarian so could not enjoy the food but for non-vegetarian it is the best. Tq miss. Vicky for everything the front office staff is so polite that gave us the return gift also i am very thankful to you.

It's a self-service hotel, no bellboy available. I could not find anything like Hilton property here. It became very difficult to move in and out your heavy luggage from the room. Staff is not that courteous as you expect them to be. Service is very poor. Two things I liked about this hotel was the view from the room and the service of the robot to your room. It only brought the water for you but was very cute. It would call you in your room, stay for you, Operate the lift and come back to its charging dock at the front desk, ground floor.
