Excellent hotel. Location in cbd, easy access to tram stops. Tours pick up from hotel or close by. Convinience store, about 50 mts away, is quite useful. Room, though small, is quite sufficient. Clean sheets and towels. Housekeeping was good. Reception and concierge staff were were friendly and helpful. Reached early, room was not available for early checkin. Used the washroom, which was very clean, and left luggage in storage. Will definitely come back again.

The room size was extremely small. The bathroom was not even big enough to fit a little healthy person. The double person bed was a little bigger than a singhle person bed.

From day 1 i was charged fraudulent charges, i complained n it was nicely accepted. But no response as i leave today. I am at a loss of 468 aud and no help. This is the worst experience and i dont know what to do. Breakfast - same food for last 5 days. Noy sure why chef cant think of adding atleast one new item daily. Even a 3 star in india is way better.

Good hotel for short term stay. Nice clean rooms with daily cleaning. Nice cafe and restaurant downstairs. Excellent location - close to tram station in cbd
