very average food and accommodation. staff not cooperate .Room was small and reception not good. so everything poor

Room was small and its shower was open and not as seen in the photos. No water bottle in roons and breakfast was ok. No good spread

It was great stay property in melbourne cbd area. Just that the breakfast was not great. If we could request to add some eggs to the pantry.

Flinders street railway station makes it accessible to all over melbourne. Trams travel-ling is excellent. Indian staff to help.

Rooms are very small and congested. They offer continel breakfast but that is only cereals and bread not good. Although staff is courteous and location is good but check room before booking

Tiny room. Two beds in odd corners of the room. I would suggest you pay a little more and stay in a regular ibis or mercure. Very goodstaff.

Felt very homely, it was my first time alone in melbourne and they helped me in the best possible way. The property is located in cbd so everything is very accessible and walkable. Limited breakfast options but decent considering it is a budget hotel.

Prime location on Elizabeth st hotel is very good with all the amenities.

Need to provide some privacy for showers and toilets in rooms.

We stayed there from 26/10/19 to 29/10/19. Had nice breakfast on 27th. On 27th evening there was a false fire alarm on the 1st floor and sprinklers worked and flooded the floor where the dinning hall is located. So the closed the dinning hall for next 2 days and they did not make alternate arrangement for breakfast not refund any money. Otherwise the stay was excellent and the location is just in front of central railway and tram station.

The location of the hotel is in CBD and is an ideal location for tourists who want to use the tram facility. Most of the places are easily accessible by tram. However the hotel experience was just average. The room was quite small but clean and serves the purpose.

Good budget hotel at excellent location.

We stayed at the hotel for a night, Check in was quick and it is located at a very central location with 10 steps to the free tram. Lots of shops, markets and eateries surround the hotel. The room was clean with all the basic amenities. Good for a one night stay in city central.

Location is perfect, you can see Melbourne from here, however rooms are not cleaned daily, not even a single door mat is there, no complementary breakfast and no free locker facility where as other Ibis hotels do provide this facility. Location is value for money.

It was very underrated cleanliness was not satisfactory. Room allotted us was having very bad smell. Ventilation of hotel is poor. AC was also not working. Location was good, can approach all main attractions easily still I feel Novotel hotel nearby is good option.

Location is hard to beat. Subway just below hotel. Convenience store just across. Adjoining Burke street. Only they could have been more generous with WIFi, which is ridiculous at just 30 minutes per 24 hours! After which it is chargeable!
